Tanto è presa dalla sua vita privata, Tracey Thorn (da poco sposata con il compagno di una vita Ben Watt), che non si è nemmeno dedicata alla promozione del nuovo album Love And Its Opposite, nemmeno un piccolo tour, come già aveva fatto per il disco scorso (che risale a tre anni fa, ormai). Ecco un video casalingo (e guai a chi osa dire che la mia camera è come quella di un adolescente, dopo aver visto questa). Splendidamente malinconica, come sempre, Tracey espone il suo punto di vista sulle storie d’amore, i divorzi, le quotidiane insicurezze ed il passare del tempo e l’alternarsi delle stagioni. Un album dai suoni semplici e con pochi strumenti, che parla senza mezzi termini. Di feroce sincerità.
